I love the unique, boho look of this vintage heart necklace! It is vintage from about the 1960s or 70s and has a handcrafted look to it.
There are 7 opals and 1 oval central stone that is facet cut. I am not sure if it is a pink sapphire or a simulated stone.
The pendant is either vermillion or gold (NOT MARKED!) and the chain is marked 1/20 12K and is 23" long.
A perfect little romantic something for giving the lady you love :)
